I love that we have many different options to create our hiring process, and we can easily edit it as needed. My biggest issue with Respoing Pod was that we were able to customize everything about our application process. In order for us to be able to set up new processes, we had to spend extra money to purchase additional modules (such as recruiting or time tracking).
