The most helpful aspect of this program to me was it's ability to have all my information in one place, so I could easily see what job openings were available for me and which companies had hired from me within the past 18 months. This allowed me to stay organized and updated with all of my opportunities without having to go back and forth between multiple programs and websites. It also helped me keep track of candidates that applied to me. There are some functions that I found difficult to use, and I wish there were more options to customize for certain users. I would highly recommend using ResourcingPod if you want to keep your resumes organized and easily accessible to employers. I was able to create an account and upload resumes, which were then stored in a secure database that employers could search at their leisure.
