Review on Resourcing Pod by Nathan Skipper

I love that we have many different options to create our hiring process, and we can easily edit it as needed. My biggest issue with Respoing Pod was that we were able to customize everything about our application process. In order for us to be able to set up new processes, we had to spend extra money to purchase additional modules (such as recruiting or time tracking). This made using Respoing Pod expensive and time consuming. We would highly recommend this program to other companies who are looking to implement a robust applicant tracking system. The benefits of having a centralized place to store applications, and then use them in multiple stages of the hiring process. Also, I don't know how much time I saved by not having to send out emails or make phone calls to contact candidates and screen resumes.
