Review on Resourcing Pod by Christopher Theriault

The ease of use, it's ability to pull in data from all sources (applications) into one place makes this software invaluable for our organization! I like that you can easily customize your searches by date range or even specific applicants as needed throughout their process with us at work; we also love being ableto track where they are within stages/phases so when there isn't anything available yet -we know which candidates still need attention before moving onto next step-it saves time & money!! We haven’t found any downsides about using resoucing pod other than maybe not having access 24 hours per day but since most people don´tsleep during normal business days then its no biggie either way ;).
