I like that it allows us to post in multiple languages, have all of our customer's information up front for easy sorting through, easily track conversations internally as well as externally. Not much really but they do offer some add-ons such as video calling / web conferencing if needed. It also does not update fast enough after you've written something which can get annoying especially since there is usually an option to "save draft" right before writing anything and then once back at my desk later on it will still be saved as one would expect. Have other platforms with better customer service but this one definitely deserves consideration when looking into software choices. Easy way to communicate across different departments including field service. I like that all tasks are stored in one place, as well as the ability to search by date/time range for easy access from anywhere. My biggest issue is related to organization of projects since it's not user friendly at this time. The interface could be better organized so you don't have to click through multiple tabs when looking up an upcoming task. It solves my backlog issues while ensuring visibility into time spent on each project and status updates throughout the day.
