The support team is always willing to answer any questions you may have, but also available if needed during normal working hours (which are important to me). I like that it allows us to post in multiple languages, have all of our customer's information up front for easy sorting through, easily track conversations internally as well as externally. The concept is pretty straightforward, easy to implement and has its own UI/UX which makes it more appealing for the users.
