I really like that it's easy to use for both newbies as well as more experienced users. The support team is always willing to answer any questions you may have, but also available if needed during normal working hours (which are important to me). It can be confusing at first with all of the different features. But after some time using it becomes second nature. Make sure you install it properly and set up everything correctly before jumping right in! We're solving our customer service issues by creating an internal platform where we post messages when people call or email us.
