Review on Panlong Bluetooth OBD2 OBDII Car Diagnostic Scanner for Android - Compatible with Torque Pro to Check Engine Light by Gregory Shorunov

I have a constant problem with a sensor on an old car that periodically gives out a code. I've checked and it's not something I'm interested in fixing. Using the OBDII connector is an inexpensive and easy way to clear the code and reset the Check Engine light. I've been using a similar product that connects via WiFi for a number of years, but switching WiFi to connect has always been a problem. Now, with Bluetooth connectivity on the Panlong, my phone connects as soon as I plug it in or turn on the car (since I can leave it plugged in). Panlong also has a lower profile than the previous OBD2 connector I had, so I usually just leave it plugged in (easier than finding it when I need it). You can download various apps to view codes (or a variety of other diagnostic data). The one I use is free and doesn't take long to figure out. I'm sure it can do a lot more than I use it, but it makes it easy for me to view codes, it gives me the ability to search what the code means (much easier now with a Bluetooth connection) and then i can delete it if i want. Save time or money going to a mechanic or auto parts store to find and clear codes when you can easily do it yourself with this product!
