These monitor arms are awesome. After reading the reviews I was concerned that my 24 inch monitors are too light for a gas spring but they work great. A few tips I wanted to share. If installing more than 2 monitors, PURCHASE DOUBLE EXTENSION CABLES. Choosing the right spacing was the hardest part of installing each extension. Another tip: they'll be much easier to hang if you set the resistance to a minimum. People have mentioned that it is very difficult to do but I found that if you place the mounting plate on the floor and step over a hole with each foot, you can widen it to expose the adjustment screw and adjust it quite easily. It comes with excellent bolt-on hardware (2-inch lag bolts) and is extremely stiff. I've had North Bayou monitor clamp arms in the past and they've been fantastic, so overall a great company that makes great products and doesn't charge insanely much.
