Revain sent me this orange watch strap 18mm and as soon as I opened it I saw and smelled a strong black mold inside. Apparently it got wet in the packaging at their warehouse and covered in the black mold that can be seen in the photo I've attached. To show that this should happen, Revane noticed rust on the handle of the spring bar tool. This cannot happen less than 20 minutes after his arrival at my house. Rust doesn't form that quickly. What makes this appalling is that I am an immunocompromised person with a physical disability in the respiratory system that completely deprives me of the ability to cough out of my lungs so this package they sent me could be my end. And yet they refuse to compensate me for my decision to put my life in danger. All I asked for was a microscopically less expensive orange Burton cloth to replace this potentially deadly item, which they sent me on purpose.
