I really like how we are able to create websites, videos or podcasts without having someone who specializes in those fields working with us! They also have some great tutorials online if you need help getting started down your particular path of interest (like video editing). The only thing is sometimes it's hard when there isn’t much going along at their end as well because they run so many projects/clients simultaneously which can get overwhelming from time management stand point - but all my clients know what kind work ethic this team has & trust them totally anyway :) We've been building sites since 2014 using various platforms such WordPress + WooCommerce / Shopify etc., then switched over more recently towards Squarespace due mainly beause its easy enough just by yourself even though other people could do things faster than me too once i found out where everything was lol 😂 The customer service is great! We have had many clients come to us with no experience in video production or media, but they end up with amazing results because of the experience and knowledge of this team. There are so many things you can do with this platform. It's easy to edit your own content as well as hire freelancers. The only thing I don't like is how easy it is to lose work due to computer issues. Make sure you back everything up! This has saved me countless hours of searching through files.
