As someone who does a lot of their shopping for car parts and accessories online, I had read a lot of excellent reviews about SecosAutoparts and was eager to give them a try because of all the praise they had received. Sadly, my interactions with the company did not meet even the barest minimum of expectations. To begin, the things that I purchased from SecosAutoparts were of an appallingly poor quality. After only a few weeks of use, the brake pads that I had ordered for my automobile started to show signs of wear and needed to be replaced. When I called the customer support number to ask for a replacement or a refund, I was given nothing but resistance and excuses. They blamed the wear and tear on me, saying that I had improperly put the pads and that I was to blame for the wear and tear. This was not the case, as I knew it from my long experience working in the automotive maintenance industry. In addition to everything else that was wrong, the customer service at SecosAutoparts was extremely unhelpful and condescending. They appeared to be more interested in creating excuses for themselves than in actually assisting me in finding a solution to the problem. It was very evident that they did not appreciate either my business or the degree to which I was satisfied as a customer. To put it mildly, my dealings with SecosAutoparts as a whole were, to say the least, disappointing. Although they might have a respectable assortment of things available on their website, the quality of those products is unsatisfactory, and the company's customer service is woefully inadequate. I would not suggest doing business with this firm to anyone who is looking to purchase car parts and accessories.
