does not produce 1400 gph

I wanted this design because of the side fence. However when I plugged it in to test I found that it wasn't as powerful as my regular pump which was rated at 1350 GPH as it was just my spare pump. I leave it and it really works. I plugged it in a foot from the waterfall so it should pump even better than a regular pump running across the pond.
