This pump has worked great for the first 8 months of ownership. It stopped working in October, resulting in the death of all of my plants in my aquaponic system. Very disappointed with the durability of the pump.

Amazing pump. I use it with the Aquascape 95110 Submersible Pond Filter. It only pumps about 1000 gallons per hour with the filter attached and falls from there the higher the falls. I would recommend it to a friend.

Very happy with this pump. I use it for my filters/waterfalls. Good flow I like that the body is easy to clean and keeps out larger debris which in turn ensures smooth operation Would recommend and will order again

I wanted this design because of the side fence. However when I plugged it in to test I found that it wasn't as powerful as my regular pump which was rated at 1350 GPH as it was just my spare pump. I leave it and it really works. I plugged it in a foot from the waterfall so it should pump even better than a regular pump running across the pond.

I have to say I really liked this pump after a few weeks of use. It replaced a pump that never fit in the pond (8 feet in diameter and about 2-1/2 feet deep in the center - so small). I bought a mesh bag to keep dirt from getting into the pump holes. Although it had more motor protection than the previous pump, I learned a lot. I also purchased 1" tetrapond flexible hose and a new Aquascape Y flow control valve. I still had an existing Laguna 700 filter attached. Probably not the best…
