I bought this collar because I thought the metal buckle would be stronger and more durable than the plastic buckles. I was so wrong My dog is a medium sized (30lb) lap dog. Each time she is put on a leash I also put a separate harness on her to hook her in. Nothing is ever attached to this collar, and therefore it is never pulled. Still, the metal buckle broke 3 months after I put it on my dog. It literally broke and fell off her onto my bed while she was sleeping. I want my money back for this piece of shit. but of course I'm from the back window. I have never been so disappointed with a Revain purchase.
