I've brushed my teeth less than with an electric toothbrush and they are as clean as if I had brushed very hard and used a water cleaner. Definitely shortened my nightly routine which is a huge plus for me. Even stranger, some tonsil problems cause me tonsil stones no matter how good my oral hygiene is. They build up and stink like hell and they are extremely uncomfortable as I feel like they are stuck in my tonsils. They are painful to remove and regular toothbrushes seem to rip through my tonsils when I try. So far this has been my only option and I've always felt like I'm just gargling. These toothbrushes don't irritate my tonsils at all when I use them for this because they are soft. If you have such problems, I warmly recommend them to you because they are like magic. Even if you don't have weird problems like me, just because my teeth are clean, I still find them magical. I hope their softness will also counteract the possibility of damage from over-brushing. Too bad I didn't know that before I bought an expensive electric toothbrush.
