My boyfriend and I love these bottles. The recommended drinking amount per day is 2 liters. These bottles are liters. So it's easy to track how much water I'm drinking. As soon as I drink two, I have reached my goal. They are beautiful, large and ideal for the gym. The mouth is wide enough to accommodate ice cubes. If you leave it in the car it's fine, it won't have that fun plastic aftertaste and they're virtually indestructible. My only problem is leaving it in place because I take it everywhere. I highly recommend these bottles!
