I bought it in Hong Kong at the Samsung brand store in Crocus City. The problems started right away. Headphones work fine in a quiet room. Tried with three phones (Samsung S7, A40, S9) and a macbook. They even manage to fall off the MacBook. You sit in a room, watch a movie, they fall off once or twice in an hour. But the main complaint is that it is absolutely impossible to listen while walking. Took it to service center twice. The first time they changed the right ear, the second time they returned it as it is. Like, no defects found. After replacing the right ear, it became a little more stable, the right ear almost does not fall off. The left is just as bad. I changed BT codecs, reset, endlessly wrote to technical support. I have already enabled the HCI log. Technical support even threw off instructions for placing headphones in the ears. Zero sense, fall off. The problem is that I don't understand how to prove it. In a quiet environment, they behave well. This is how the service engineer tests them. But when walking down the street wild torment. Wrote to Samsung a request to hand over this device. They said - try to go where you bought it. The problem is that I live 2022 km from Hong Kong. On my next visit to the capital I will carry it, I hope they will accept it. I do not exclude that I have some physiological features because of which everything happens. Although I didn't notice anything of the sort. In addition to headphones, a watch is connected to the phone, everything is fine and stable with them. Tired of understanding, I bought headphones, and not a course on repairing wireless devices. I will return to the store. If they take it away, I can try to take the proshki with a surcharge. If they don't take it, I'll buy airpods. I loved Samsung very much before buying this miracle, in the house everything is up to the Samsung world wave. But in a year, all my loyalty to the brand just vanished.
