Review on TBN Labs Glyco Car Bomb: Micronized GPLC with Enhanced Nitric Oxide Support and Antioxidant Benefits by Matthew Gomatham

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Glyco CarBomb was tested for increased endurance in congestive heart failure

I found glycineproprionyl-L-carnitine in the NIH research database while researching congestive heart failure. In half a dozen studies conducted in Italy and England on subjects with compromised hearts (left ventricular ejection fraction below 30%), taking GPLC in combination with coenzyme Q10 and fish oil significantly improved treadmill endurance after a few months. I started this combination in mid-2017 and by February 2018 my left ejection fraction had increased from 41% to 47%. Now it's more than 50%, which is normal. No study has tested the subjects' ejection fraction because it is too expensive when neither GPLC nor coenzyme Q10 nor fish oil can be patented for appreciable profit. But since my heart is still suffering from arrhythmias, my heart pump efficiency and endurance remain good, which I attribute to this regimen explored by the Europeans. You can see it online at Pub Med. I've only used TotalBodyFitness Labs' GPLC before, so I'm glad it's now available through Revain.
