This is a good DVD/CD player. But I'm disappointed because the USB port doesn't play video format. I've tried MEPG, AVI, MP4, FLV, none of them can be played on this computer. I spoke to their support team. The USB port only reads pictures (jpeg) or music. I don't understand why build a video machine and then add a USB port that doesn't read video. It has a good image when I used store bought DVDs. It just doesn't read the ones I created on my computer. Also, the remote control has a complex layout and is difficult to read. It has small gray buttons with a small cream colored print. I need a flashlight and a magnifying glass to read it. The volume buttons are where the fast forward buttons should be. Not very well designed. It's just another good DVD/CD player. Oh, with an image reader.
