Great all round shoe

Stable enough for heavy squats and cushioned enough for short runs on the treadmill. However, it lacks the right cushioning for longer runs. If you are looking for a good all-around athletic shoe, this is a good choice. If you're looking for the right running shoe, there's a much better choice.
