, I bought a 35mm grease nipple for the front wheel and it worked great. The rear 40mm cone was awful though, going through 80% easily and then abruptly getting stuck in the main bearing to the point where it couldn't move forward or backward. I went ahead and tried to lubricate the bearing but it wasn't in the right position so didn't add any lube. Next it wouldn't remove and destroyed the main bearing so I had to pull the hub out and replace the whole thing. I wanted to be sure it was me, so I warmed up the race, which I carefully pulled out and removed from the tool with great difficulty. It wasn't clogged or damaged so that's not a problem. I took a new bearing from All Balls and greased it and it re-glued without installing it properly, but since the bearing wasn't installed yet I was able to use a press to remove the tool without damaging it or the new bearing. . Since I've successfully used the smaller front lube tool, the only downside was the rear size. I'm not sure if I should send it back because it's full of lube. I'd rather swap it out for a properly finished one because it could theoretically work. Polaris Sportsman 800 2007.
