The taste seems to be quite good, there is nothing special or unpleasant about it, although the thickness is a bit off-putting at first. But here is the real reason for my negative review, it made my mouth swell for a week after two uses. I'm not sure what happened as all the ingredients seemed pretty safe. I had to stop using it and needed special care to heal my bad gums, tongue, lips, uvula and part of my throat. I really wanted to enjoy it, I may not notice the viscosity but not the inflammation.
