The valve is of high quality, the installation instructions are clear. My contractor/plumber did not place the valve guide flush with the trim wall and had to slide it out during final installation to allow the trim panel to fit properly. When we first turned on the water, we had no flow. A call to customer service helped us replace the temperature adjustment screws and everything works fine.
