Very good CAI on parts

I live in Denver and have done a lot of research on the JK forums and most said don't waste your money as the 3.8 engine just doesn't answer. If you don't have a tuner (I have a SC Flashpaq, tune 93 octane) and exhaust (I have a high clearance MBRP). So I settled on $215 why not. The seat or pant dyno (take it with a grain of salt) feels slightly/moderately better than the K&N drop that came in the stock airbox. The real difference starts to show around 3,000 rpm, you can start to feel a significant difference in traction, the Jeep now feels a respectable sense of urgency. Noise levels are good for the intake, somewhat muffled by my choice of exhaust. If you have, or will end up getting, a tuner and/or exhaust, don't be discouraged by the naysayers on the forum, this inclusion will make all the difference, just have reasonable expectations. The fit and finish of the kit are very good. Landing at 07-11 jk is tight and requires some finesse. If you have hand tools installation should take 30-45 minutes, if you have a cordless drill and the right outlets 30 minutes or less.
