It was easy for me to put up with, but the quality is not very good. When it works, both shower heads have a very pleasant, relaxing rain. My problems are a) it leaks constantly after using 2+ rolls of tape (it will be fine for a day or two, then slide and spray everywhere) and b) the main shower head which screws into the flange pulls not fixed . It stays free and spins in any direction. It's useless if you take the attached head off and put it back on and the whole thing spins. The bronze also drips right off the nut you tighten on the flange. I ordered a return and a replacement hoping one of them would work better. Change 03/08/2020. 2and the product was exactly the same and I found the information to call the company. After speaking to support when I emailed my information I was told they would send a replacement. Two weeks later I contacted them and they literally "didn't see" the email I sent with my information within 3 minutes of the first phone call. After 3 weeks or a month I finally received the spare parts. It was exactly the same problem. At this point I was well past the comeback phase. I had a contractor working on my kitchen and was able to secure it and stop the leak, but he mentioned that it was faulty and had to be screwed in much deeper than could be done by hand (that's what the instructions say). . do) to ensure this. It works well enough but I would pay more for a better product than make this purchase again.
