Hello, I gave this to my elderly parents for Christmas and the product itself works well and helps them with their knee problems. However! They said the cord is so short they have to sit next to an outlet to use the machine. You're embarrassed - I'm so disappointed. I don't understand why your cable and plug are not suitable for this. I am very disappointed and so sad that my parents have to sit somewhere uncomfortable to use the car and not just in their comfortable armchairs. Your chairs aren't that far from the fork, but the cord is too short.
