but the stuff works great for me and doesn't do more than I need

My Keurig descaled perfectly. It takes time to fully follow the directions as they require multiple cycles of brewing hot water, sitting and repeating. But follow them CAREFULLY in all cycles or you'll make sour coffee that you drink and then spit into a freshly descaled coffee maker. Ask me how I know. and no more than I need. I do this every few months because it doesn't seem necessary every month for our family of 2 coffee and tea drinkers.
