    but the stuff works great for me and doesn't do more than I need

    My Keurig descaled perfectly. It takes time to fully follow the directions as they require multiple cycles of brewing hot water, sitting and repeating. But follow them CAREFULLY in all cycles or you'll make sour coffee that you drink and then spit into a freshly descaled coffee maker. Ask me how I know. and no more than I need. I do this every few months because it doesn't seem necessary every month for our family of 2 coffee and tea drinkers.

    Saved my Breville Barista Express BES870XL

    I was having temperature problems on my Breville Barista Express BES870XL. I got very, very cold drinks after brewing. I didn't know what the problem was. I even descaled with Essential Values All-in-One Descaler - Coffee Machine Descaler & Cleaner and used a cleaning tablet, but the infusion was still very, very cold. This made my espresso difficult to drink. I thought my car was broken. So this week I had the courage to try again and this time invest more money in buying a different descaling

    WASTE OF MONEY. Buy CLR.

    BLUF: BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT. Give the product a second chance. The woman didn't believe I followed the instructions and wanted to see if it was my fault or the product not being able to clean the coffee maker. To prove this product is rubbish I bought it again. She followed the instructions to T a second time. She drank two full bottles and Ninja's clean light is still on. I do not recommend! For single-cup coffee makers, only use a CLR cap.     Cheaper than Nespresso and Keurig descaling kits

    Works like a charm! I actually followed the instructions both on the bottle and in the DeLonghi Nespresso Vertuo and Keurig K-Elite manuals. I mixed up half a bottle (4 ounces) for each machine and filled the rest of each tank with water. On the Nespresso, I activated descaling mode by holding down the main button and pressing the lever for at least 3 seconds and letting it run to the end.     Excellent descaler. Easy to use. Odorless

    Easy to use and works great! I've tried ACV cleaning my Keurig in the past (horrible if you don't pull it out all the way and let the cream curdle). I also tried just rinsing with water, which worked for about two days. It's cheaper than the big brand for four uses, I think it has no smell (someone complained about this in a review.
