Easy to use and works great! I've tried ACV cleaning my Keurig in the past (horrible if you don't pull it out all the way and let the cream curdle). I also tried just rinsing with water, which worked for about two days. It's cheaper than the big brand for four uses, I think it has no smell (someone complained about this in a review. I don't know what they're talking about) and my Keurig brews faster and actually looks cleaner in the tank. . The solution looks a bit soapy, I followed the directions, used half a bottle, let the brew cycle run until prompted to add water (which requires a lot of emptying the cup each time), then I filled the tank with water and have did it again, then i only watered the second time, a total of 3 times according to the instructions. That's three drain cycles, not three brews. I ended up draining the remaining water, cleaning the reservoir, refilling it and having a great cup of coffee the next morning. Personally, I think anyone who has had trouble with this is either not following the instructions (I've been a teacher for almost a decade, I know this is most likely the case) or is just a troll trying to be a curmudgeon. I use my Keurig every day 2-3 times a day.
