BLUF: BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT. Give the product a second chance. The woman didn't believe I followed the instructions and wanted to see if it was my fault or the product not being able to clean the coffee maker. To prove this product is rubbish I bought it again. She followed the instructions to T a second time. She drank two full bottles and Ninja's clean light is still on. I do not recommend! For single-cup coffee makers, only use a CLR cap. Walk through the coffee maker as if you were making coffee. Rinse thoroughly by running two full pots of cold, clean water through a full cycle. . * Do not use CLR in espresso machines. I did this and after two cycles the light went out. BUY CLR! You and your bank account will thank me later.
