Somewhat disappointed: Car accessories

Mine broke after a few weeks. The plastic screw on the back of the phone has snapped off and won't hold the phone in place. Bracket and lever work great. However, there is an issue with the phone's unlocking mechanism. It will not come off without opening the sides.
