I have a 13 year old child who weighs 11 pounds. Yorkies slipping and sliding on our hardwood/tile floors. Couldn't even stand by his bowl of water without falling almost flat on his back. I only used the socks on the front feet as they offer good support and stability. He proudly walks them, doesn't even try to undress them. Only wear them indoors. The toes are high enough to wrap around the tip of the foot and not slip off. I am VERY glad I bought them! You look very cute on him too :)
