Beautiful brush. The hair is not static when I comb it. In addition, it is quite durable. I have long hair that gets tangled quite often and I use it to detangle. So far not a single bristle has broken. Also, in response to other comments about her missing stubble, she doesn't. The description speaks for itself if you just read it. The "missing stubble" people talk about is meant to allow air to circulate underneath and dry the gum. Without it, it will retain moisture and ruin the wooden brush.
