In the box you will find the headset, a male-to-male auxiliary cable (2m) and a USB to micro-USB charging cable (0.5m ). The USB cable should be longer so that you can listen to music while charging. Surprisingly, the kit comes without a carrying case. To be clear, these are not noise canceling headphones. No noise canceling features except volume up. The device worked flawlessly in both wired and wireless modes. I couldn't tell the sound difference between the two modes. The device works in wired mode when the headphones are switched off. There were no problems in WLAN mode. Pairing was quick, easy and proved to be quite stable. A quick test with my Android phone showed that all of the features listed in the manual work as described. Fit: These are the full sized phones I prefer as they offer better insulation and therefore better sound. I don't have giant ears but the fit is a bit tight; The ear pads could be a bit bigger. Adjusting the fit is easy and is done via a simple domed bushing in the molded plastic headband. The headband padding really needs improvement. There's padding, but it's disappointingly thin; Good thing it's not a very difficult setup. Sound: How do they actually sound? Good stereo separation, good clear voice and music. The sound is clear and tight. The "Sound" button advertised on the packaging as "Bass Booster" doesn't do anything to my listening experience. After listening to a good 20 different songs of all kinds at different volumes, including a number of bass-heavy melodies, I could not detect any change between the two modes "Bass Booster" and "Clear Voice". The copy of the product states that there are three sound modes. But one of them is out. In general, the sound is good and corresponds to the price of the goods. Documentation: There is a lot of performance information on the box, and the main specifications are in English and French. The "Basic User Guide" is detailed and very clear and contains very helpful graphics. There are no photos, but the graphics are very well done and clear. You can also get a more complete PDF file from the given URL. The user manual also describes the limited warranty, which is only valid in the United States and Canada. There are several URLs to contact including dedicated customer service. There are also physical Panasonic addresses in the United States and Canada, and a Panasonic consumer address in Virginia. Phone number not offered. Price: At the time of writing this review, the price of this item is approximately $117. It's quite expensive for a headphone, so you can expect a wide range of features and high quality. You get both with this set. I think that's a fair price for this item. Verdict: This is a good set of wired/wireless headphones from a well-known and respected manufacturer. All features worked as advertised, except I didn't notice any change between the two suggested sound modes.
