Allows for easy transfers across departments

I was able to have my calls transferred from one agent to another without any delay or disruption thanks to this software! It has helped me resolve issues quickly as well as keep track of customers' needs so we can provide them what they need when they want it most. The only thing about this program which could be improved would be making it easier to transfer between agents within our team. We've been using Connectyse Call Transfer since 2016 and haven't experienced anything negative yet. This service allows us to manage incoming phone lines efficiently while also allowing multiple users access at once via their smartphone app.

  • Great tool if you run call center services such is telephone support/customer care..Great way organize your data /phone numbers etc..Very good system that works great in helping people get connected fast

  • Nothing really i dislike nothing much but maybe there should more options like option where
