THIS is zinc carbon, NOT alkaline (Duracell etc.); Suitable for general use; BEST for special use

Failed to load media. These are CARBON ZINC technology batteries and yes they tend to be the cheapest and have the shortest life of almost any consumer ready to use battery. Their durability is slightly longer and does not depend on altitude. However, not only is it completely non-toxic, 100% fully recyclable, safe for the environment (if not completely then partially biodegradable compared to alkaline and lithium), much less "leak". tend to be MUCH (200%) cheaper to manufacture as their ingredients are ridiculously common on this planet (aluminum body, steel contacts, zinc, carbon, unnecessary proprietary plastic bushings) which also makes them physically lighter. Some people refer to this physical difference as a sign of "cheapness", which is funny because its correctness depends entirely on context. Although I'm DNR, of course (even if they don't "explode" or "lick" acid), it's possible to squeeze one of these planes with your bare hands. Without knowing the pros and cons or proper application, the basic idea is that C/Z batteries work great for specialty/niche purposes and nothing more. 75% of their strength (as in the brightness of a flashlight or the strength of the beam of an IR emitting LED, as in TV remote controls) depending on the usage model, which ensures a B+/A class and a high discharge safety for their short lifespan. according to device performance specifications, temperature and atmospheric pressure (e.g. HpA/PSI) condt. I would recommend them for medium and high voltage, low milliamp (mA) devices such as remote controls, LED flashlights, portable AM/FM radios. hours, but also vice versa, e.g. for RC vehicle controller, BT device or Xbox controller, no - BUT - If a reliable high current output without dimming is required for devices that are vulnerable to data or function loss, such as , a Nikon Coolpix camera or even an AAA/AA stun device (of the most common, 9V. Alkaline). Finally, for batteries, I always recommend Panasonic. Their line of carbon-zinc-zinc batteries surpass them in durability and quality. THEY came very close, so they deserve praise. type of battery usage. 40xAAA and 40xAA come in two boxes; AA are plastos packed in groups of three and four of AAA. This is a combo pack of 80 carbon zinc batteries.
