I have tried many cooling blankets. This works best for me. If you have hot flashes, try this. I love how breathable it is and that I don't feel stiff from body heat. And it helps me feel cool. Hot flashes often disrupt sleep. The cooling blanket can be too cool or too warm in the next minute. Or the body cools down and feels cold or warm in the next minute. So would roll back and forth with blankets. Keep me comfortable enough with this when my body is cooling down and air out when my body is warming up. It's good to have just one blanket! I did great!
