They're kind of comfortable and a bit modest/slim, but also a bit annoying. The little orange wheel is awkward to use due to poor design. Enough that we feared the slow and painful installation process, we've reverted to caster blocking on most of our devices. With frequently moved devices, they are too frustrating. Leverage in this regard is much better. The main reason we tried several of these kits was thinking that they would be very strong, but to our disappointment they only wobble slightly less than the fixed reels.
