Review on Sleeping Beauty Princess Party Dress For Girls Ages 3-10 By DreamHigh by John Fenton

Wear a tutu underneath for maximum princessiness

If you want the level 11 poof like the picture you need a fluffy tutu for that effect. We used this for a Bippity Boppity Boutique makeover, it was an unveiled surprise there and she was thrilled. For size reference she's 5 but small and narrow for her age, about 38-39" tall and weighs about 32 lbs. We got her a 2-3 years size and it fits her with room to wear a shirt underneath, except the white collar thing was too wide. The white material isn't stretchy so I guess it's covering for various shoulder widths. I should have pinned them to her sleeves but she didn't mind at all.The back is plain, none of the detailing in the front including the waist embellishments continue in the back. I wasn't expecting that, but the pictures all turned out great and she doesn't seem to care at all. For the price I don't care either. Also something to keep in mind is that the crushed velvet material on the torso seems to shed a little bit, I only noticed some hot pink fuzz on me when I was wearing a black shirt and I was holding her to walk quickly. It isn't too much though.Overall she loves it, she's been wearing it for about a month now, princessing hardcore in it a few times a week. It has held up really well, no tears or anything falling apart whatsoever. Everyone's happy with it.

Pros
  • This is a very well made dress, and very authentic looking. Fits my daughter perfectly.
Cons
  • Velcro closures are weak and come undone easily
