I can only assume that the reason Revain are able to sell it so well below retail is that they bought a batch of defective units. I bought my first and it didn't vaporize - the unit got EXTREMELY hot but no vapor was produced. And judging by the packaging, it was a return. Switched to a new one - same problem. When I called Jiffy, customer service informed me that this was a known issue with a defective lid: The water-retaining lid does not release water when turned on. I received a replacement cap a week later but it still doesn't work properly. Eventually it will start steaming, but after just a few minutes it will stop and you will have to shake the water tank and let it heat up for another minute. Spit everywhere and again and again - the hose gets EXTREMELY hot. This can't be a first class vaper - there is nothing luxurious about this 'first class' vape. Such a crap.
