This set of clamps and rings was too small for a 3 inch pipe. The inside diameter is closer to 2.875 inches. There is no slip joint for a proper weld, so you must grind the chamfer and butt weld to a 3" OD, which is actually a little larger than weld rings. The yoke itself fits, but as per other reviews, the bolt is too short to properly fit real 3" v-bands. This would be acceptable if you were using it as a connection between exhaust sections, but it's totally unusable .Trying to connect to the turbine housing it is actually a 3" V profile face. Never again.
