These are great. I'm a nurse working 12 hours on my feet. This is my first pair of compression socks. What a difference. My legs and ankles are always swollen by the end of the day. That is no longer the case. I bought a small since a wear a 6 1/2 shoe. I think I might buy an extra small next time. They fit fine around my legs but a little extra material in the foot area. It's not a big deal though and doesn't affect the compression. Wish I had bought these years ago.
