Review on 5-Pack High Power 4Pin Terminal Relays GM 13500114 8385/9815, Brand New by Jeremy Gaines

Bought for my '07 Aveo5 to do a complete relay/fuse replacement. I do this every few years to make sure everything is working properly. I wasn't really expecting a branded relay, the labels didn't show they were in the picture in the listing so to my surprise they are genuine GM relays! Quality is good, all pens with no scratches or marks, work as expected. I was lucky and I didn't get any faulty ones. I've seen other people who gave lower stars slammed the seller for having faulty ones in their packages, which hurt the actual rating of the product. This is common no matter where you buy your auto parts. Just send them back and get a replacement. I work at a dealership and we have bad parts that keep coming in from O'Reilly's, Napa, etc. Alternators, fans, and sensors/relays are the most notorious for this phenomenon. It's not the seller's fault, it's the manufacturer's fault. No part is ever guaranteed, they guarantee them for that reason.
