immediately burned out - 2 times.
I ordered one of these bulbs to replace a burned out one in my fixture, it blew out as soon as I switched it on. So I asked them to send a new one and the same thing happened. the usual 110 volts 100 watts according to the packaging but I wouldn't recommend you ordering them. I ended up ordering a Higuchi JD7011F, which came right out of the box.
