Seems the experts have some application knowledge in these

Bought these for my 1996 Yamaha WB II 760, heavily modified. No fittings, secondary pipes, jet carburetors or secondary heads; because of reliability; but all over a complete rebuild, but all over the original pump with additional options. The release area in the Clymer manual has a large power reserve. I've tuned them many times and always found compromises, but I was never quite sure. Plus questionable in terms of gaps, as the striking tip on the new NGKs bends a little off center almost every time. NGK also had broken caps before. The firing end on them looks like a physically solid construction. You don't have to mess around with the gap. The ship is a gas guzzler. The claims for improvement are impressive and other test reports also confirm the information provided by the manufacturer. They are also built in Pompeno Beach, Florida; So I think Riva experts and other top PWC engineers put a lot of application experience into their development. Kraft stood for several years. Hopefully in a few weeks after carefully restoring it from storage.
