My first experience with Brightstar was at my doctor's office in St Paul Minnesota, working as an RN in their Medical Offices. I had no problems there! The environment seemed very professional and organized which made me feel comfortable since it would be easy for me to get used to that way of doing business. There were many different shifts so you could pick what best fit your needs or schedule. You are given several opportunities when starting out but once you're trained they'll leave you alone unless something arises. Be sure to communicate early about any issues you have because it can really impact your training time if not addressed right away. At this point everything is going great. I'm currently searching for another job through them which is awesome because I've been transferred from one hospital department into an area where they don't know me yet which has helped ease some nerves. The overall professionalism of the staff at Bright Star Care. They are very professional with their work ethic and always willing to help out with any questions or concerns I have. Nothing in particular. We hired them for a temp-to-perm position and they did an excellent job. Their follow up was great and there were no issues with anything during our time working together. I would highly recommend hiring someone from Brightstar Care!
