If you've tried making spaetzle by straining the batter through a sieve or using a rice cooker, you know it's messy and painful. I bought this thinking I'd end up returning it if it turns out to be a pain in the ass too, but oh my god this thing works amazing! The dough pushed through the grater easily, there was no fuss. My husband will be happy that now that I have this bad boy I get more house spaetzle!
