It definitely increases nitric oxide levels in the body. I mixed the dough sample with regular filtered water and the strawberry lemonade flavor was decent. It's slightly tart and sweet (note: it uses sucralose). One serving, 12.23g (a somewhat vague "round spoon" measurement) provides 40 calories, just 1g total carbs (<1g total sugars, hooray). Himalayan Pink Salt contains 500mg of the ingredient providing 180mg of sodium per serving. I would be happy without this ingredient and sodium content, but understand that it is included in the training and recovery blend. The ingredients in their Advanced Pump Blend (8.88g per serving) are impressive: 5g L-citrulline, 1g watermelon juice. Powder, 1g Mushroom Blend (Cordyceps, King's Trumpet, Shiitake, Lion's Mane, and Turkey Tail), 1g Dextrose, 500mg Himalayan Pink Salt, 200mg Glucosyl Hesperidin, and 180mg 4:1 Pine Bark Extract. In addition, they have a nootropic/focused blend (1.12g per serving): 1g L-Tyrosine and 120mg Ginkgo Biloba Extract. I applaud these ingredients. I particularly appreciate that they provide some factual information about their respective amounts. Label shows 'Made in USA' insignia but no other certifications/insignia. I wish it had GMP and/or FDA registered certificates/badges. That would increase the rating. I will drink a full serving of almond milk before starting my exercise bike workout. I think almond milk will add astringency. Unfortunately there are only 25 servings in the container. At $50 current, this is a bit pricey for a NO amp. The NO Enhancer Blend advertises with an impressive list of ingredients. Based on the mentioned observations and first impressions, it gets a rating of 4.25 to 4.5 stars with a high recommendation.
