The shoes are beautiful and appear to be of good quality but the packaging needs rethinking. The shoes were balled up and wrapped in plastic. When I unpacked the shoes they were crushed and deformed and I can't get them back to how they should be even after wearing them for over a week. If the packaging didn't deform the shoes, it would be great. I would send them back and get a refund if they weren't already worn out, but they're cheap enough not to waste my time on them.
